FESA is happy to announce that this year professional shogi player Yuji Masuda, 7-dan, will attend the tournament as representative of the Japan Shogi Association (Nihon Shogi Renmei).
Shohei Takada 7-dan, has retired from competition in August 2019. Since 2011 he uses to join the European Shogi Championship to make training games and give advices to the players.
Yasushi Ishikawa 4-dan, professional shogi coach in Tokyo, known all over the world thanks to his Youtube channel delivering technical advices in a very pedagogical approach. He will play training games with the ESC/WOSC participants, and will offer analysis of the games.
