European Shogi Championship and World Open Shogi Championship 2025

— in a park close to the city centre, 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by tram/bus from the main railway station (Wrocław Główny)

2025.07.24-27:
— Thursday, July 24th: registration, Team tournament and Blitz,
— Friday, July 25th: ESC/WOSC rounds 1-3,
— Saturday, July 26th: ESC semi-finals and final, WOSC rounds 4-7, dinner,
— Sunday, July 27th: WOSC rounds 8-9, closing ceremony.

Tournaments:
— European Shogi Championships (ESC) | 32 best European players | 5 rounds’ single-elimination tournament,
— World Open Shogi Championships (WOSC) | open to players from all over the world | 9 Mac-Mahon rounds,
— Team Tournament | teams of three players | 4 rounds in Swiss format,
— Blitz | fixed time 8-minute games | 7 rounds in Swiss format.

Tournament fees and alimentation:
— ESC/WOSC: 40 €,
— Team Tournament: 5 € (per participant),
— Blitz: 15 €,
— Lunch: 20 € per day,
— Dinner on Saturday: 25 €.

If you pay by June 15, you will also receive an unique set of ESC/WOSC in Wrocław souvenirs!
